Question: How do snails reproduce?

Although we are hermaphrodites, meaning that we are both male and female at the same time, reproduction is much the same as in other animals. As a female, we produce small eggs which hatch after about two weeks.

There is one aspect that is very different – we stab each other with ‘love darts’ when mating!
